No Pets are allowed, as we already have a cat!
- Single-night stays: a deposit of 100% is required
- Less than a week in advance: a deposit of 100% is required
- More than a week in advance: a deposit of 50% (including tax) is required to secure your reservation.
We reserve the right to cancel your reservation in exchange for a full refund.
Check In Policy
Check in is between 4 P.M. and 6 P.M. Please contact us if you cannot come during this time so we can make sure someone will be here to greet you.
Check out is by 10 A.M. We need to prepare the room for the next guest!
- Your deposit, minus a $20 processing fee, is refunded if the cancellation is received 5 days prior to your arrival for guest rooms.
- If your cancellation is received less than 5 days before your arrival, you are responsible for all room charges unless
- you wish to move the reservation to a new open date
- the room can be re-rented for the entire reservation.
- No-shows are charged for full reservation.
- For reservations of more than 7 days or multi-room reservations, the cancellation time period increases to a 21 day notice, and the processing fee is $20 per room.
